These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and dhk33 ("dhk33", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at dhk33.io and all associated sub-domains and mobile applications. 2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use any dhk33 service. dhk33 is strictly an adults-only platform. We implement age verification procedures at the point of registration and may request documentary evidence of age at any time. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable responsible gaming obligations, and any winnings generated while underage will be voided.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To open a dhk33 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid email address, and a valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh. 2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual player may hold only one active account on dhk33 at any given time. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, dhk33 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and withhold any winnings generated. Players who have previously self-excluded must not attempt to re-register under any circumstances.

2.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As part of our commitment to security and responsible gaming, dhk33 requires all players to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal request. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Additionally, proof of address and proof of payment method may be requested. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

dhk33 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following BDT payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. We do not currently support international card payments (Visa, Mastercard) or bank wire transfers for Bangladeshi players. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote BDT amounts.

4.2 Deposit Policy

The minimum deposit amount at dhk33 is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by dhk33, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits are generally credited to your dhk33 account within 60 seconds of the transaction being confirmed by your payment provider. dhk33 does not charge a fee for deposits, but your payment provider's standard charges may apply.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC identity verification (see Section 2.4). Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to verification checks. dhk33 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant bonus terms (see Section 5) before they may be withdrawn. Real-money deposits that have not yet met any applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn subject to a review of any associated bonus activity. dhk33 may deduct any bonus amounts that have not been legitimately wagered from the withdrawal total.

dhk33 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL cricket season, and the ICC T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the individual bonus offer. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period, after which any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live sports bets, slots, live table games, and crash games may contribute at different rates. The contribution rates for each game category will be specified in the individual bonus terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in your account at any time. Accepting a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in the existing bonus being forfeited.

• dhk33 Decision is Final: All decisions made by dhk33 in relation to bonus eligibility, wagering contribution, and bonus fulfilment are final and binding. In the event of any dispute, the records held by dhk33 will be treated as authoritative.

Each game available on the dhk33 platform — whether a slot title, live dealer table game, crash game, or sports betting market — is governed by its own specific rules. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a real-money wager. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dhk33 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all pending bets and bonuses, forfeiture of any balance, and being permanently banned from the platform. In serious cases, dhk33 may report the matter to relevant authorities.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access the platform, or interact with games.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or live dealer table games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through such exploitation will be voided regardless of whether the exploitation was intentional.
